Equisys has long had a partnership with Microsoft (News - Alert) when it comes to the Zetadocs Expressdownloadable content manager. This content manager works with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Equisys just announced that the Zetadocs Express manager will be available for the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 for no additional cost to users of the software. This falls in line with an announcement that came in August that the newest iteration of Microsoft Dynamics NAV would come with a downloadable content manager thanks to the Zetadocs Express add-on.

This particular version of Zetadocs Express has several different features that make the program that much better, especially when paired with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013. Among the features is the ability to drag and drop. Document approval is a function that will allow anyone who is using the Sharepoint documents that are listed in the Factbox. Users can start a project like an invoice and then the status can be checked using the NAV.

Another feature that the Zetadocs Express solution allows is the ability to easily save and send. Clicking this button will allow people to easily send customizable reports from inside the program while also saving a copy in the Sharepoint archives for perusing later in the Factbox. 

"Since the first release of Zetadocs Express in October 2011, Equisys and Microsoft have worked together closely with the aim of adding further value to users of Microsoft Dynamics NAV through document management," said Chris Oswald, Equisys CEO, speaking of the new release. "As a result, ensuring that Zetadocs Express was available from launch for users of this important new release of Microsoft Dynamics NAV was a natural progression.”

Zetadocs express can be downloaded by anyone who uses Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 or Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 and has an active Business Ready Enhancement Plan. The program can be downloaded using Microsoft’s partnersource or customersource portals.
